As of Wednesday, 3rd of June, West will open its doors to visitors again. Visitors must book their tickets in advance, even if they are eligible for a discount or free entrance. This can be done online or by telephone. In accordance with the guidelines, we facilitate in any possible way for you to keep distance and to make your visit as pleasant and safe as possible. This does, however, require commitment from both sides.
What will West do?
  • Entrance to the museum is only possible after making a reservation.
  • We allow a limited number of visitors per day, initially 30 per Time Slot of 2 hours.
  • Disinfecting gel and disposable gloves are available in several places.
  • The sanitary facilities, doorknobs and stair handrails are cleaned regularly.
  • The wardrobe is currently not available.
  • Contactless payments are preferred.


What do we ask from you?
  • Do not come if you have health issues or belong to a high-risk group.
  • Always keep a distance of 1,5 m.
  • Wash your hands with the available disinfecting gels.
  • If you have to sneeze or cough, do this in the inside of your elbow.
  • Follow the instructions, such as the designated route and the maximum number of people in one space.
  • Leave large bags, backpacks, coats and umbrellas at home or in the car when possible.
